Text messages are optional. You receive them only if you tick the box at checkout that reads "Text me order updates and restock alerts at this number", or if you ask our team to add you.

The box is never ticked for you, and it is never required to place an order. Leaving it alone changes nothing about your order.

Messages go only to the phone number you entered on that order.

Order and delivery updates — confirmation, dispatch, tracking, and anything we need to ask you about an order in progress.

Restock alerts for items you asked to be told about, and occasional offers for laboratory buyers.

We do not send messages about dosing, treatment, or human or veterinary use of any product, because our products are sold for laboratory research use only.

Message frequency varies with your orders. Most customers receive a handful of messages per order and no more than a few marketing messages a month.

We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your own mobile carrier.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to be removed immediately. You will get one final message confirming it, and nothing after that.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly using the details below.

You can also email info@usapeptidedepot.com and ask to be removed. Opting out of texts does not affect your orders or your account.

We do not sell or share your phone number or your consent to anyone for their own marketing.
